Dietary training consultation
During three individual training sessions we will teach you, above all, proper breathing and training techniques. We will show you how to vary your training so they it won’t be monotonous and therefore less effective. Additionally, we will provide a complementary diet and supplementation regimen to your training cycle.
Get ready for the ski season with us
The most common mistake made by people heading to the lifts is a lack of proper physical conditioning. The strain on your body can be a little overwhelming which can lead to injuries. We have prepared a special program based on the training programs of alpine skiers just so that you can feel safer and more sure on the slopes.
Self-defense
Self-defense training relies on, above all, on exercises that build your strength and endurance which allow you to effectively defend yourself against an attacker. Elements of boxing and wrestling help you maintain a good stance, respect the distance between yourself and the attacker, and the necessary coordination.

Long hours spent in front of the computer or television causes children to commonly have joint and weight problems, as well as poor coordination. Our training lets your child not only improve their physical condition, but also gain the perseverance and willpower for them to achieve their goals.
